Cancellation Policy
Like the vast majority of professional music teachers, I have a cancellation policy. Here it is…
"If you need to reschedule or cancel your lesson, please give me at least 48 hours notice. If this notice is not given, I will charge you for the lesson. (This may be waived in exceptional circumstances at my discretion).
Sometimes I may have to cancel a lesson. If I don’t give you 48 hours notice, then the next lesson will be free of charge".
You may have noticed something unique about my policy compared to other guitar teachers…
It works both ways.
Notice this part of it…
"Sometimes I may have to cancel a lesson. If I don’t give you 48 hours notice, then the next lesson will be free of charge".
What this means is that I have to abide by the 48 hour rule as well! So if I don't give you 48 hours notice, then your next lesson will be free. Fair enough?
